and it's 5 km from cairns airport. the units were great-sized and new-fashioned on level 4.

Liked everything.

The stay here was fantastic out of town. The location was marvellous and fab, for example, St Monica's Cathedral was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. And the area was lovely, not far from taxi rank, and the park. The apartment I was given was complete with also a separate laundry, Views over water, an awesome view.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and with good views. About a 15 min walk along the esplanade to the busy part of Cairns.

The location was great for exploring Cairns😀😀

What a surprise! My stay was just good-if you love old, worn carpets and mouldy shower curtains, that is! I can't believe i wasn't offered a room upgrade for my troubles. The lack of basic amenities was alarming, and the helicopters? Absolutely charming at 2 a.m., thank you very much. I almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't.

This property was just what we needed.

Traveled with my children, overall the hotel was lovely welcoming. Responsive stuff, offered me wake up calls and ironing. I liked the quiet atmosphere. This was a prime and quiet location so close to the Esplanade, and restaurants and city.

Truly enjoyed the room with great amenities, my bed was soft. Location: the hotel was not far from the main shopping area, the markets and attractions, and the main square...

Spacious apartments with great views

The pool was lovely and well-maintained. Our apartment, while a bit dated, had amazing ocean views. Plus, it's conveniently close to restaurants and markets.

The cleanliness left something to be desired, as we found stains on kitchen items and dust in the corners. Noise levels from nearby rooms could be disruptive.

The unit was well equipped and there was plenty of room for 4 adults. The free underground parking was good. We enjoyed walking to the marina each night.

Didn't particularly like overlooking the hospital building site, but as we also had a fairly good view of the water it wasn't so bad.

There is nothing to dislike, fabulous apartment.

The spacious apartment offered fantastic views of the ocean and was just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. It equipped with two bathrooms and good laundry facilities, which were perfect after our adventures. The location was great for exploring attractions like the Cairns Aquarium and local markets. My group had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the amenities like the pool and spa.

The manager, Jo, was exceptionally gracious and helpful. When we needed a 4 A.M. cab, she made all the arrangements. I regret that we had to awaken her that early on the morning of our departure, but two members of my group couldn't get the elevator to work and ended up at the emergency exit, which for some inexplicable reason was locked from both the inside and out, and they couldn't get out. Our room was very spacious and clean, and we wish we could have stayed longer. When the hair dryer wouldn't work, Jo bought and delivered a new one.

A restaurant or bar on site would have been nice. It's a bit of a distance from downtown, and a shuttle service also would have been welcome.

The location was very nice with being on the esplanade we could have a pleasant stroll in to the city. The nearby facilities are excellent especially for families on a budget. The accommodation was very comfortable and we would have easily stayed there for longer.

When my family arrived at the accommodation they did not think the person on night shift was very helpful or very good communicating as to where to go to the car park. The Cleanliness of the lounge wasn't great with dust and cup marks on the glass tables. But that did not spoil anything though and we would go back and stay without a doubt..
